Crusty with 2" powder on top

It was a quick but good day today. Skinned up to the top strapped in and headed down. The goal of the trip was to see if there is enough snow and to try out the GoPro Hero HD. I have to say I love that camera. If you have the money don't think about it and buy it. Photo and film shot with the GoPro, you be the judge.

Wind swept up high with nice powder below.

Good thing we decided to go! We partied a little to much the night before and Robert was still had a jet leg. Needless to say the motivation was low in the mourning and after hearing that the Road crew is trying out their new howitzer gun for avi control and the road possibly being closed we...

Choppy Pow

Ohh, back in Utah. The old stomping grounds. It always feels good to come back to this part of the World. Like every year my wife, Kristin, and I go down to SLC for the Outdoor Retailer show. We always add on some days to be able to ride the best snow on earth. This year it was a little scary...

20" of fresh POW

Had a late start and weather wasn't the best. 25-30mph winds with 50mph gusts but the snow was good. The night before we got 20" on top so there was no backing out. Driving through 2' wind drifts and parts of the Pass with 0 visibility we made it to a small zone that is an easy access from the...

Hip deep blower pow!

We had a late start in the mourning. We are just a little rusty getting all the gear together. We drove up the Highway and assest the situation. Snow cover looked good so we stopped at a zone called Fraiser Meadows. For a warm up we had to dig out our parking spot.
